Brick House (Game Ready)

A game ready model of a Chicago house with a coffee shop which I made for my portfolio. Refences for this work were collected by me using Google Maps. I wanted to recreate a really existing building. I used many production techniques during the creation of this work. Some objects has tiled mapping (main house and props), some were unwrapped unique. I tried to optimize the polycount as much as i can. Final polycount of all scene is 12063 tris. Also I have been using different texturing techniques. Quixel Mixer was used for the creation of main textures (brick, concrete etc.), Substance Painter was used to create more detailed textures for some of the props (for example, for the garbage container). Also I have been using Substance Designer to convert some of the texture maps. The logo of the coffee shop is also designed by me in Photoshop. Besides I used a decal system to add variations to the house textures and hide tiling (sadly it wasn’t possible achieve a perfect result everywhere). And finally some things ( ornaments, column's chamfers) were baked and implemented into the texture atlas in terms of polycount reduction.
